Cedar Crest RV Park Rules and Guidelines

We are committed to providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all residents and guests. Please respect these rules to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. If you have any questions, contact park management.

Campsites:

Please keep campsites neat and clean.

  • Do not park or drive on grass.
  • No fire rings or burn barrels at campsites. A communal fire ring is available for guest use on the patio located by the pond.
  • Added structures such as porches, tents, decks, carports, appliances, etc., are not permitted without approval. Please contact management to make arrangements for approval.
  • RV skirting/underpinning must be approved by management before installation.
    Skirting requirements: Must look neat and professional, such as vinyl, plastic, or material skirting. No foam board, straw, cardboard, etc.
  • Patio furniture may not be stored on grassy areas, as it creates problems with mowing and maintaining the grounds.
  • Washing or working on vehicles is not permitted.
  • We do not have storage for boats and trailers and do not allow them to be parked in grassy areas, as it creates ruts and muddy areas on the grounds. No canoes, kayaks, etc.
  • Please roll up all excess water hoses and electric cords and keep them under trailers to help with mowing and weed eating.
  • No electric heaters.
Payments:
  • All rent is payable in advance.
  • It is your responsibility to place payment in the park’s dropbox (located on the post of the Cedar Crest sign across the street from the General Store) or to call management to arrange for credit/debit card payment.
  • Full-time residents: Rent is due on the same day of the month that your first payment took place. After 5 days late, there will be a $5/day late fee.
Pets:
  • Pet droppings must be cleaned up in all areas of the park. No tolerance! Pet bags are provided near the patio by the pond.
  • All pets must be leashed and are not to be kept outside overnight.
Prohibition of Weapons:

Possession, display, or use of any kind of weapons, including but not limited to firearms, knives, bows, crossbows, martial arts equipment, or any other lethal or non-lethal weapons, is strictly prohibited within the RV park.

Facilities:
  • Please keep the laundry room and general store orderly. Clean up after yourself and clean lint trays between each load. The park will not be responsible for laundry or belongings left in the laundry room. Please do not leave clothes sitting in the machines; run times are approximately 45 minutes for washers and approximately 1 hour for dryers. Do not overload machines.
  • Bathrooms/showers are always open for your convenience. Please clean up after yourself and do not leave personal items behind. No smoking or pets allowed inside bathrooms or the General Store.
  • Please leave thermostats where management has them set.
  • Fishing is catch and release only. No exceptions!
  • Children are not to be unattended on grounds or in facilities.
  • Trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpster. Break down boxes. Please no furniture, mattresses, grills, appliances, or other large items.
Courtesy Mail Service

Courtesy mail service is provided by the park. Individual mailboxes can be found by the laundry room in the General Store. Please address your mail as follows:

Mail that does not include a lot number will not be sorted into your box. Once you leave, be sure to change your mailing address or it will be sent back to the carrier.

FedEx, UPS, Amazon Prime, and USPS will deliver to this park; packages are generally left by carriers in the General Store or at campsites. Please be responsible for tracking and receiving your packages. The park will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

General Expectations

Unruly or boisterous behavior will not be tolerated. If guests do not comply with the park rules, they will be asked to leave.

This park will not be responsible for loss, damage, injuries, or claims for damages to residents, property of residents, or visitors due to fire, theft, vandalism, accident, or any other causes.
